摘要: 采用高温分解法,通过过渡金属M(M=Fe、Co、Ni、Mn和Cu)的晶格取代,制备了一系列新型六铝酸盐复合氧化物催化剂,并通过XRD、XPS、TPR、SAA、TGA等测试手段对催化剂的结构和性质进行了表征,并考察了其甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应的催化活性。实验结果表明,相同M取代系列六铝酸盐中过渡金属活性顺序均为Cu

Abstract: In this paper,a series of hexaaluminate oxides LaMAl11O19-δ(M=Fe,Co,Ni,Mn and Cu)were prepared by decomposition of nitrates and calcination at a high temperature . The structure and properties of the catalysts LaMAl11O19-δ were characterized with XRD,XPS,TPR,SAA and TGA techniques. The hexaaluminate oxides obtained by the method of pyrolysis exhibited the same crystal structure. In other words,hexaaluminate oxides LaMAl11O19-δ(M=Fe,Co,Ni,Mn and Cu)took on nicer stability and catalytic activity for partial oxidation of methane producing synthesis gas.
