槽道吸液芯热管的研究进展

摘要: 回顾了槽道形式吸液芯热管(以下简称槽道热管)的理论研究进展,介绍了应用基础研究和在电子散热、离心场、电磁场等方面应用的情况。认为槽道形式吸液芯几何结构明晰、随机性小,对槽道热管开展研究不仅丰富热管理论,而且有助于微肋、狭槽类微能系统的研究。同时,由于槽道热管良好的二次加工性能和各向异性的特点,使槽道热管在电子散热、离心场、电磁场等方面有所应用。

Abstract: Theoretical research on heat pipes with wick groove structure (grooved heat pipes) is reviewed. The geometric appearance of groove wick is clear and less randomness. Therefore,the research on grooved heat pipe is in favor of finding out the micro-flow and micro-phase change heat transfer processes,especially for micro-energy systems,such as microfin and narrow groove. Since the easiness in second-fabrication and anisotropic characteristics of well of the groove structure,the grooved heat pipe can be applied in the areas of heat dissipation of electronics compound,centrifugal field and electromagnetic field.
