Transformation of cellulose to levulinic acid over SO42-/Al2O3-TiO2 catalyst

Abstract: Levulinic acid was prepared by solid SO42-/Al2O3-TiO2 catalyst from cellulose in water. The influence of the ratio Al2O3 to TiO2,impregnation concentration of sulfuric acid,and the calcination temperature on catalyst activity was studied,and the effect of reaction temperature,the mount of catalyst and liquid/solid ratio on the yield of levulinic acid was investigated. In the conditions of reaction temperature 220℃,reaction time 15 min,the mount of catalyst 0.6 g and ratio of liquid to solid 20∶1,a levulinic acid yield of 19.34% was obtainted.

摘要: 以纤维素为原料,固体SO42-/ Al2O3-TiO2为催化剂,以水为溶剂制备乙酰丙酸。研究了催化剂中铝钛氧化物的配比、浸渍用硫酸浓度、催化剂的焙烧温度和焙烧时间对催化剂活性的影响,以及反应温度、催化剂投加量及液固比对乙酰丙酸产率的影响。在反应温度220 ℃,反应时间15 min,催化剂投加量0.6 g,液固比20∶1条件下,乙酰丙酸产率可达到19.34%。
