基于过渡金属的低温选择性脱硝催化剂的制备与性能

Abstract: In this paper,the preparation and properties of low temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)catalyst were studied by using modified activated carbon as the carrier and the transition metal as the active component.The activated carbon modified by oxidation with concentrated nitric acid,and Mn,Fe,Co,Ce as the active component is added to the modified activated carbon carrier by impregnation method,then under the protection of inert gas,the activated carbon was calcined at high temperature and cooled to obtain catalyst.The catalyst was tested based on fixed bed,using NH3 as the reducing agents,and the activity of the catalyst were tested in different operating conditions.The experimental results show that the catalyst prepared in this paper has high catalytic activity for NO at low temperature,and the denitrification efficiency is up to 99%.The sulfur resistance and the lifetime of the catalyst were also detected.This study provides strong support for the industrial application of the catalyst.

摘要: 采用改性活性炭作为载体,过渡金属作为活性组分,进行低温SCR催化剂的制备和性能研究。使用浓硝酸对活性炭进行氧化改性,以Mn、Fe、Co、Ce作为活性组分,通过浸渍法加入到改性后的活性炭载体内,在惰性气体保护下进行焙烧并冷却得到催化剂。利用固定床对催化剂进行性能测试,使用NH3作为还原剂,研究了各种操作条件对催化剂催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,本文研制的催化剂在80~150℃低温条件下对NO有较高的催化活性,脱硝效率最高可达99%。同时,对催化剂的抗硫性、催化剂的寿命进行了检测。本文的研究为低温SCR催化剂的工业应用奠定了坚实的基础。
