Abstract:

Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the preparation process of sodium dichromate with barium salt as conversion intermediates. Based on single factor experiments，Design-Expert was used to design the experiments with 3 factors，including reaction temperature，reaction time and liquid to solid ratio，and 3 parameter levels. The best process parameters were determined as the reaction temperature of 80 ℃，the reaction time of 400 min，and the ratio of liquid to solid of 9∶1 in mL/g. Under this optimized condition，the conversion rate was 95%，very close to the predicted value，indicating that the response surface methodology was effective for process optimization.

应用响应面法对通过钡盐转化法制备重铬酸钠的工艺进行了优化，在单因素试验基础上，选定反应温度、反应时间和液固比为影响因子，以铬酸钡的转化率为响应值，采用Design-Expert软件设计三因素三水平的响应面分析方法，由此得到最优工艺参数为：反应温度80 ℃、反应时间400 min、液固比9∶1（体积质量比mL/g）。在此条件下进行试验，得到铬酸钡的转化率实际值是95%，与预测值非常接近，响应面法可有效用于钡盐转化法制备重铬酸钠工艺的优化。
