Abstract:

In view of the blind development of coal-based chemicals and coal-to-liquid in China，the author makes the following suggestions to achieve a scientific development of coal-based chemicals and CTL. Firstly，to stick to the principle of “Being in proportion and in order”. Secondly，to develop CTL instead of coal-based methanol ether fuels to produce coal-based vehicle fuels. Thirdly，to develop the coal-based petrochemicals and CTL by watching closely the international markets of crude oil and petrochemical products and analyzing carefully the market competitiveness of coal-based products. Fourthly，to actively promote creating a strong synergy in the form of joint investment by and between coal mining enterprises and petrochemical enterprises.

针对我国目前出现的盲目发展煤化工、煤制油的状况提出了实现我国煤化工、煤制油产业科学发展的建议。一是发展煤化工、煤制油必须坚持“适度、有序”原则；二是综合考虑社会投入，发展煤基车用替代燃料应定位在煤制油上，不宜发展“醇醚燃料”；三是发展煤化工、煤制油要高度关注国际原油和石化产品市场，认真分析产品的市场竞争力；四是发展煤化工、煤制油要积极推动煤炭生产企业与石油化工企业的以资本为纽带的强强联合。
