Abstract: The key process of synthesis of azithromycin is the reduction of erythromycin iminoether. The article analyzes the main problem of catalytic reduction and chemical reduction,proposes the idea for further study and summarizes qualitative and quantitative analysis of the products.

摘要: 合成阿奇霉素的关键步骤是红霉素亚胺醚的还原。本文对催化还原法和化学还原法存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了进一步研究的设想。综述了产物的定性和定量分析。
