Abstract: 2,2-Dimethylolpropanoic acid was synthesized by the mixed aldol condensation and oxidation from formaldehyde and propaldehyde. A mixture of formaldehyde 2.4 mol,propaldehyde 1 mol and K2CO3 as catalyst at 35 ℃ was stirred for 10 h .Then H2O2 0.9 mol was added and the mixture was stirred at 95 ℃ for 10 h to obtain 2,2-dimethylolpropanoic acid. The yield of the product was 53.5% and the purity was over 99%.

摘要: 以丙醛和甲醛为原料,经羟醛缩合及氧化两步反应,合成了2,2-二羟甲基丙酸。缩合反应在35 ℃、甲醛与丙醛物质的量比为2.4、碳酸钾用量为原料质量的6%的条件下反应10 h,氧化反应在95 ℃、过氧化氢与丙醛物质的量比为0.9的条件下反应10 h,获得了最佳反应结果,产品总收率53.5%,纯度99%。
