Synthesis of bisphenol F by using modified cation exchange resin

改性阳离子交换树脂催化合成双酚F

Abstract: A catalyst of cation exchange resin modified by aluminium chloride was selected to synthesize bisphenol F by condensation of phenol and formaldehyde. The optimal reaction condition was investigated. The result showed that the yield of bisphenol F could reach above 80% with phenol to formaldehyde molar ratio 5:1, reaction temperature 75℃ and reaction time 2.5h. And the catalyst could be used repeatedly.

摘要: 筛选了可用于催化苯酚、甲醛缩合合成双酚F的阳离子交换树脂催化剂,研究了以负载AlCl3的大孔型低交联度阳离子交换树脂为催化剂催化合成双酚F的工艺条件。结果表明,苯酚与甲醛的物质的量比为5/1,75 ℃反应2.5 h,双酚F的收率可达80%以上,催化剂可以重复使用。
