Bioaugmentation and testing of the functional uncultureable microorganism in activated sludge

Abstract: The importance of bioaugmentation research of functional uncultureable microorganism is presented and the methods of bioaugmentation of functional uncultureable microorganism are introduced,such as Biolog technique,molecular ecology technique,and nutrition supplementation. The testing strategy after intensification of the functional uncultureable microorganism is introduced. It includes molecular biology techniques(DGGE,T-RFLP,RFLP,ARDRA,T-RFLP),biomarker techniques(quinone profile technique,phospholipid fatty acid profile technique). After the functional uncultureable microorganism is activated,the metabolic activity and the degradation ability of COD are tested by these methods. The aim is to optimize the activator of functional uncultureable microorganism and to improve the ability of activated sludge in wastewater treatment.

摘要: 阐述功能性未培养微生物强化研究的重要性,介绍了主要包括营养补充法、Biolog法、分子生态学技术的功能性未培养微生物的强化手段,以及主要包括分子生物学技术(DGGE、T-RFLP、RFLP、ARDRA、T-RFLP)、生物标记物法(脂肪酸图谱分析术、醌类图谱分析术)的功能性优势未培养微生物强化后的检测策略。通过这些方法对激活前后的活性污泥中功能性未培养微生物的代谢活性、降解COD能力提高与否进行检测。其目的是优化筛选出能激活功能性优势未培养微生物的激活剂,最终达到提高活性污泥对废(污)水的处理能力。
