Abstract: The industrial application of KR-1 decalcifying agent and JCM-2004RPD decalcifying agent in Khartoum Refinery Co. Ltd. is introduced both decalcifying agents have good decalcification effect，and decalcification rate can reach more than 94%. In addition，it has also certain iron removal effect，and iron removal rate can reach more than 60%. After decalcification，calcium content in crude after desalter can be lower than 100 µg/g，salt (NaCl) content in crude after desalter can be lower than 3mg/L，water content in crude after desalter can be lower than 0.2%.

摘要： 介绍了KR–1脱钙剂和JCM–2004RPD脱钙剂在苏丹喀土穆炼油有限公司工业化应用的情况。结果表明:两种脱钙剂对苏丹原油均具有很好的脱钙效果，脱钙效率可达94%以上，同时还具有一定的脱铁效果，脱铁率可达60%以上，使净化油钙含量小于100 µg/g，脱后油盐含量（NaCl）小于3 mg/L，脱后油含水小于0.2%。
